We win.

What can you believe God for?  What can you thank God for?  What can you see God doing for you TODAY?  That is exactly what you can receive and what you can have…   What can you trust God for?  What are you expecting?  What can you See with your Faith Eyes?  What can you have the courage to say with your mouth?

Most of what we pray and beg for, God has already given us.   God has already provided everything for us we will ever need.  Much of our seeking and searching is seeking and searching in vain because God has already given us what He has promised.    Just how big is that “land of promise?”  (Joshua 1)   What can you walk around?  What can you put the soles of your feet on?  What can you reach out for?  What can you declare as yours?

God has provided.  All our needs are met.  Not going to be, but already are.  Present tense.  All our diseases are healed.  All our enemies are defeated.  All our mountains are moved.   All our “giants” are slain.

Until we come to the full and complete realization that our enemy is a conquered enemy we will continue to waste our strength shadow boxing marching in place.  Know that you have but one enemy and Jesus has already taken care of him.   he is from a fallen kingdom and his allies are all helpless in the face of the weakest believer.

No man shall be able to stand before us.

No demon.

No circumstance.

No impossibility.

No door will remain closed.

No mountain will be unmoved.

No sickness can stay.

  • God is always for us.
  • God will never leave us.
  • God will never forsake us.
  • God will never fail us.
  • God will never fail you.
  • God’s Word will always work.

As long as God is God:  WE WIN

“If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth…” Mark 9:23

Faith Vision sees things as they can be instead of the way they are…  Faith vision is seeing things as God says they can be instead of seeing things as the world says they will be.  To believe is to abandon all reason.  To believe is to hold to Truth instead of being influenced by Facts.  To believe is to connect with the Word and to connect with God.  To believe is to resist all doubt and negativism and pessimism.  To believe is to trust in, rely on, depend on, and adhere to God and His promises.

Faith believes when there is no hope.  Faith has confidence when it seems impossible.  Faith trusts when there is no “feeling.”  Faith relies on when there is no encouragement.  Faith adheres to when all else fails.  Faith holds on when everybody gives up and everything falls apart.

You can see the Invisible when you look beyond the Natural.  When you resist every symptom and rebuke everything that contradicts the Word of God.  Faith sees.  Even in the dark.  Faith sees over the horizon and beyond the natural.  Faith is unconditional believing.

  • David Believed.
  • Joshua Believed.
  • Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego believed.
  • Moses Believed.
  • Abraham Believed.
  • Paul Believed.
  • Jesus Believed.

Because they Believed, they saw the Invisible and accomplished the Impossible.

Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, today and forever…  God is no respecter of persons.  What God did for others, He will do for you and me.

And He is ready and willing to do it NOW

Soon.

Soon there will be fresh new Mantles of Anointing flowing in the Church;

God’s Power is going to be revealed and released.

His Glory will sweep through and His Presence will be awesome. It will be as it was in the days of Solomon when the priests and the servants of the Lord were not able to stand by reason of the Cloud.  For the Glory of the Lord will fill the House of God. (2 Chron 5:14)

New streams of anointings will flow. Men, women and young people (and even children) will stand boldly to declare “thus saith the Lord” and will not fear the opposition of men or the reproach of the world.

Healing streams. Delivering streams.  Streams of strength and streams of encouragement. Streams of revelation and streams of unction to preach and speak in behalf of God. Great anointings will shake cities and towns and villages and communities… all flowing through men and women and children who are yielded to God.

Prophetic anointings will operate and discerning anointings will operate. It will be as pure and powerful as the anointing Peter had when he saw the sin of Ananias and Sapphira that is recorded in the Book of Acts.

Great and awesome anointings of power and supernatural abilities, healings, and faith, and miracles… just as it was in the Book of Acts, will be the atmosphere and the climate of the Restored Church.

Now, we see through a glass “darkly” but soon we will see as God sees.

A Contemporary Spiritual Renaissance is coming

Open your eyes.

  • How do we “see the invisible”?
  • How can we penetrate the Dimension of the Supernatural?
  • How do we get “raised up” so that we can sit together with Christ in Heavenly places?

Except a man be Born Again, he cannot see…  John 3:3

Receive Salvation.  Take Jesus into your heart.  Get saved.  Resist the attractions of the world and live for God.  Get Baptized in the Holy Ghost and Get out of the “flesh.”

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.   Rom 8:1

You may not be able to “see” because you are not on right terms with God.  You can never see the Invisible until you are Born of the Spirit.  The natural man cannot discern the things of God because they are Spiritually discerned (I Cor 2:14).  You cannot walk by FAITH, unless you are Born Again.

When you see only with “natural” eyes, the world burdens your heart and every problem appears impossible.  You can only see things as they are and you cannot look beyond the natural and see the invisible.

Nicodemus was religious.  Nicodemus was educated.  Nicodemus was righteous.  Nicodemus was seeking God.  Nicodemus was moral.  But Nicodemus was lost and blind and could not see the Invisible.  He had all the characteristics of a great church member, but was limited by his lack of sight.

Jesus said, except a man be BORN AGAIN he cannot see…

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.  John 3:3

Moses forsook Egypt.

By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.  Heb 11:27

Moses saw beyond the Natural and the Immediate and into the Spiritual and the Eternal.

He saw the Invisible and accomplished the Impossible.

He left what everybody thought was a “sure thing” because he saw beyond the facts and focused on the Promise of God.  Once He realized what God had in store, the world no longer held any attraction for him.  Money, power, rank, station, reputation, future…. all these were weighed against the “Invisible” things he saw by faith.

He knew the promises of God were much better than the wealth of the world.

He left the world, the world system and the things of flesh behind and he “endured” (kartereo: to be strong, steadfast, patient) because he saw the invisible.

Seeing the invisible is preceded by Forsaking and Enduring.  Faith has a flip-side.  It is not all just “believing with the heart” it is believing with a determination to do the Word.

Faith without works is dead… James 2:26

The “forsaking” precedes the “taking”

Forgetting and Moving on.

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;   Eph 1:7

Believers are forgiven.  Not “going to be” but “already are.” God does not look on our sin.  When He looks on us, He can only see a Reflection of Himself.  He is never displeased with us.  Because He can never be displeased with Jesus.  And we are right now, this moment “in this world” as He is in heaven.

Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.  I John 4:17.

God will remember your sin no more.  They are not just “covered” but He has removed all your sin as far as the east is from the west.   (Not from the North to the South… these both have beginning and ending points… there are no beginnings or endings from East and West).   He does not remember them.  He has forgotten them.  So should you.

As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.  Psa 103: 12

Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before…  Phil 3:13

So, forget your failures and move on

Natural or Spiritual?

¶ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:  Eph 1:3

There are Two Worlds.  They are existing side by side in real time.  You can choose which world you want to live in.  Natural.  Or Spiritual.  Some who are saved are stuck in the Natural either by choice or by ignorance.

For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Romans 8:6

Many “believers” are still struggling in the “natural” realm.  The Natural World is not where we belong.  We are not to live by its demands or submit to its law of sin and death….  We have all been delivered to a higher place and are privileged to live by a Higher Law… the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.  Rom 8:2

But the natural (psuchikos) man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 1 Cor 2:14

The Natural Man is unable to receive the Revelation needed to live the God-Kind of life in the Supernatural World of the Spirit.  The Spiritual Man, contrary to the Natural Man, connects with God and lives in the Supernatural World of the Spirit.  He is led and influenced by the Holy Spirit and not by Natural Reasoning or the Carnal Mind.

In order to receive the things of the Spirit of God, we must move out of the “natural” (carnal) and take up residence in the “spiritual”… in our thinking, in our talking, in our expecting.

For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Rom 8:6

Sacrificing My Isaac

In the mid to late 1970’s we were an established denominational church in the baby steps of the Neo- Pentecostal Charismatic Renewal.  It was truly a “season of glory”[1] and so many awesome things were happening, it was hard to keep up with all of them.  People were spiritually hungry and determined to seek out and find a way to deepen their relationship with God and their fellowship with Jesus.  I have never experienced such a time of God’s Visitation in all the more than sixty years of my preaching and pastoring ministry.

Home Bible study and prayer meetings were springing up everywhere.  It was my great privilege to be invited to minister and teach and then pray for individuals who attended.

The results were miraculous.  Many were healed.  Some were Born Again.  And multitudes received the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.  It was the Book of Acts all over again.  And it was awesome.   Bible Conferences, Seminars and Camp Meetings were happening all across the nation.  Denominational walls were crumbling.  It was no strange thing for members of all these different and traditional groups to attend these meetings where Jesus was the subject and the Holy Spirit was in charge.  Catholics, (priests and nuns as well as parishioners), Episcopalians, Presbyterians, Methodists, Baptists, Lutherans, Pentecostals, and others from all denominations, came together as one.  And God showed up.

In the aura of this miraculous visitation, God began to deal with me about some issues that, I thought, were not all that important.  I had, to the best of my ability, tried to follow the Calling on my life.  I had gone to college and seminary, got my degrees, began pastoral ministry and sort of felt that I had all my ducks in a row.  God had supernaturally led us into the main stream of the Charismatic Revival and our small church began to explode in growth.   Things were looking good.

Then one of the speakers God brought to our church preached one night on “Sacrificing your Isaac.”  The “Isaac” being the one thing most important in life.  It was the thing I held tightly to and trusted in for the welfare and support of my family.   It would be the one thing that stood in my way of totally trusting God.

My “Isaac” was financial security.  In the early years of my life, our family had struggled to make ends meet and I had been deeply influenced by how much hardship Mom and Dad dealt with because of a lack of adequate income.  They were totally committed and worked very hard, but because they were denied the privilege of education and training, they were locked in a life-struggle with finances.  And this created a visceral fear in me that drove me to find and maintain a level of financial freedom that would always be sufficient to support a life of relative comfort and security.

So I had become more dependent on my weekly pay check than I was on God’s promise of provision.   That check was my “Isaac.”

I was preaching a strong message of faith in this season of our spiritual growth.  But the message was falling on deaf ears.  People were kind and sincerely interested but most were unwilling to take any risks that would put them out on a limb for God.  We were in tremendous need for consistent financial support in order to subsidize our growth and plans for new and larger facilities.  So “money” was a big deal for us at this time.

And “money” was a big deal for me in my quest to support the needs of my growing family.  It was precisely here that God challenged my faith.  If I was going to preach faith and teach faith, l would need to live by faith.  Totally.  Completely. Not a weekly pay day.  I was going to have to sacrifice my Isaac.

In the mid 1970’s I announced one Sunday morning that I would no longer be a salaried staff member.  In great “fear and trembling” I took the leap and accepted the risk of living without a salary from the church.  If any money came into my hands it would come through those to whom God would speak regarding our needs.  A small box with a slot in the top was placed in the foyer of the auditorium, and this box would be the Source God would use to supply our financial needs through free will offerings.

The first week of living “by faith” was disastrous.  My income dropped by more than 90%.  It was looking like it was going to be impossible for us to survive and I was wondering if I’d made a catastrophic mistake.  But God….

I know this will sound spooky to some, but money began showing up in unusual places.  Often I would find twenty dollar bills in my desk drawer.  I even discovered money hidden in the pages of my Bible.   I even found a small unsigned, folded up, hand-written note lying on the ground outside my office.  When I opened it up it read:  “It’s not as bad as you think it is…”

Then God began to supply supernaturally supply all our needs and also reinforced my “faith message.”     When people actually saw us “living by faith” they caught the vision.  Not only did our ministry finances increase, but our personal finances began to grow, exponentially.  It was not many weeks until my tithe on what God supplied was greater than the total of my old weekly pay check… before I “sacrificed my Isaac”

We lived over forty years from that faith leap (as long as I was Senior Pastor) without receiving a salary from the church.  God super-abundantly supplied our financial needs and allowed us the privilege of sowing literally tens of thousands of dollars into various mission causes around the world.

You can Trust God.

A New Day and a New Place.

Let’s look at what God is saying to the Church today.

What God is saying is more important than what anybody else is saying.  What God is saying is more important than what the world is saying.   What God is saying is more important than the opinions of men.  When we hear what God is saying, we will know what God is doing.  When we know what God is doing, we can do it with Him.  We can work with Him and become His partner in the Work.

We are all aware that this is a very unique and special time.  There has never been a time like this before.  You know it.  You feel it.  You are aware of it.  There is an urgency in the air.  There is a stirring in our bones.  There is an unction within.  Even the world knows it.  Nature knows it.  All creation knows it.  The heavens know it.  We have “not passed this way before…”   There is excitement.  There is anticipation.  There is expectancy.  We must hear what the Spirit of God is saying to the Church.  We must know what God is doing so we can “go after Him…”

“When you see the Ark of the Covenant if the Lord you God and the priests bearing it, then shall ye remove from your place and GO AFTER IT…”  Jos 3:3.

The predictable format of Church as we have known it is over.

This is a New Day and this is a New Place.  We must Hear what the Spirit is saying to the church.  It is a Fresh, Relevant and Contemporary Word from God.  We cannot play the role any longer.  Pretense and play church is over.  This is the Real Thing.  This is more than a seminar.  This is more than a Bible Study.  This is more than a Prayer Meeting.  This is more than a Revival Meeting.  This is more than a Camp Meeting.  This is an Encounter.  An Encounter with God.  A Divine Encounter.

And when this happens, things change.  Like lives.  Like marriages.  Like families.  Like attitudes.  Like habits.  Like ministries.  Like churches.  Like the world.

This is a NEW DAY

Inventory.

When we take an inventory, we see what is lacking and discover what is needed.  Then we can place an order so that we will be prepared for the increase.

The wisdom of this world has become greater than the wisdom of the Body of Christ. They (the world) know just where they are and what they have to do in order to make progress.  To succeed.  To make a difference.  The merchants of the world system are wiser than the Children of the Kingdom when it comes to knowing and understanding exactly where they are.  They live in the Inventory Mode.  They have devised technology that instantly and precisely and without error reveals just what they have, what they lost and what they need.

Just what does our “bar code” tell us when we get scanned by the Holy Spirit?

What kind of record do we have in heaven?  Have we increased?  Have we decreased?  Are we lacking?  Are we depleted?  Do we need to restock?

It’s inventory time
